Under the supervision of the foreman, you will participate in the manufacture of modular buildings including:

• Executing plans ;

• Measuring, cutting, shaping and assembling wooden, particleboard, light steel or other materials ;

• Erecting foundations, installing floor beams, installing flooring support, assembling pre-fabricated elements of framing and roofing ;

• Adjusting and installing doors and windows, stairs, moldings and hardware ;

• Installing exterior, roofing and flooring covers ;

• Using gypsum, plaster and paint materials to finish units ;

• Refining finished products while paying attention to details and customer requirements ;

• Performing any other related tasks required by the job.

Required skills:

• Experience in carpentry/joinery, Vocational Diploma an asset ;

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety measures ;

• Being punctual, reliable and honest ;

• Being able to perform multiple related tasks with precision ;

• Ability to work in a team ;

• Ease in finding new solutions.
